“Super kind and polite staff. They were happy to help and put the customer first. Attention to detail could be improved though. They did a pretty good job but the replaced part was not an exact match thus requiring rework or living with it looking a bit off...”
“Jeff, Shane, and Haven are incredible. Over the years, they’ve done great work on my cars and consistently provided superior customer service. They were also very patient with me as we navigated insurance issues, and they were always there when I needed them.
They did a great job blending the paint and made the car look brand new — their attention to detail is unmatched. Anyone who loves their car, should know they’re in good hands.
I can unequivocally recommend this body shop, and I will continue to work with them myself.
If you need good work done in Eastern Idaho, come to Christensen Body Shop.”

“I won't go anywhere else - even though I love almost 2 hours away! Jared and his staff have always treated me, friends, and family great and made sure we were taken care of every time we've taken vehicles to them.”

“I had my car towed to Gary's Auto Body Shop after an accident to get an estimate, and I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful during a stressful time.
What I appreciated most was how well they kept me informed throughout the process, especially when my insurance company wasn't providing updates. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.
Excellent customer service can make all the difference after an accident, and the team at Gary's Auto Body Shop truly went above and beyond. I'm very grateful for their honesty, communication, and kindness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto”
