They charged me as much to mount and balance my tires as I payed for my new tires. We called and asked how much it would be and they said about $25 per tire. And my husband told them they would be mount and balancing new tires not old ones. They charge 41.99 per tire because the tires were new not used. Do not recommend going here.

Very hot and busy weekend hanging out on the St Joe River when I notice I have a leak in my back tire. What a pleasure to be greeted with great customer service and smiles on their faces, only to fix the stem leak by replacing the stem and charging me absolutely nothing.
I felt compelled to drop some money in downtown businesses and feel great about all my experiences... Next tires will be purchased from Les Schwab Tire!

No complaints here. We've used them many times for inspections, alignments, tires, repairs, etc. The front counter personnel are always polite, friendly and professional. The techs always do a thorough job. We will continue go to them. They are also always flexible and able to get us in ASAP, which is a huge plus. Tonight I had a 5pm appointment for an alignment. I dropped the vehicle off I think around 3pm and they called shortly after 4pm saying it was ready. 5 star service, quick, efficient and thorough. When I picked my vehicle up, the tech that worked on my vehicle was working on another vehicle and was able to come to the counter to answer a few questions I had; he was very knowledgable and professional in his approach. I greatly appreciate hearing from the one that worked on the vehicle. Huge plus (I use to be service advisor at a VW/Hyundai dealership and I can promise you there are disconnects between the tech and the service advisor). 5 stars, hands down.

They'll spend hours breaking your vehicle even more, charge you an insane amount, and curse in your face when you go back to have them fix it.

Thank you so much to the St. Maries Les Schwab!! I had been having brake issues for months and all my Montana Les Schwab’s wouldn’t do my Hybrid Fusion’s brakes and my local Ford Dealership wanted to just replace all four brakes completely. Les Schwab in St. Maries got me in, looked at the brakes, replaced ONLY the parts that NEEDED to be replaced and saved me about $700 in the process. Thank you for your integrity and your amazing customer service!!!

I was very happy with the work done in the past. I wasn't to happy to learn I was being charged for something under warranty. Garrett told I would be credited for the charge. My account was switched without being told. I asked to have my struts checked was told they were fine. They are definitely not good. I checked this morning and have a broken strut the other one is the same. I've been a repeat customer for years and I feel like my service is getting crappier and being rushed and not properly looked at.

Kyle is awesome! I got 2 flats and only had one spare. Kyle drove out to me got my flats, ran back to the shop and mounted 2 new tires and was back in no time. After getting the tires on I drove back to the shop where he set me up with a new set of tires. Great customer service and fast, I would def recommend choosing them if you’re in the Saint Marie’s area.
