Not only did they provide the parts, but they also used their shop to press in some pins for us, ensuring a proper repair. Additionally, they were kind enough to grant us access to their facilities, including the bathroom. “Oh my gourd! We had our insurance do a roadside assistance tow to Dave, Mike, Jessie, etc. Dealings with all of them. Dave dispatched Mike to tow my Suburban to the lot. While talking with Dave from home, mama was at the end of a week-long camping trip and broke down 48 miles from civilization. Dave dispatched Mike and Mike arrived post-haste and greeted her by name. She thought that was soooo cool and comforting. Thanks Mike. While he towed her to Salmon, they talked and such... Mike even mentioned stuff about the area and pointed out a spot where spring water came out of the hillside, there a spigot and everything. At the lot, Jessie checked into why the truck was acting funny and the wife sent me pics and a FaceTimed with Jessie put me at ease to decide how to handle being broke down 300+ miles from home. Wife had to wait overnight and was kitted to camp in the truck so they let her stay at the lot. Next day I headed to pick her up and leave the truck till we could deal with it later but get mama home. Super awesome guys. We were fortunate to have friends closer than we are with the ability to tow 3/4s of a ton. (Shameless plug: Thanks Sharon and Frank... you know who you are.) so in less than a week we're back in business. Thanks you guys for your hospitality, patience, and courteous business.
