“I would like to say I have just started moving the bulk of my money to Wells Fargo in Salmon Idaho. The credit union I belong to is no longer affiliated with a local branch. I needed help to do a wire to do this and Alexandra helped me so much. I am not a techy person and I do sometimes rely on customer service to figure out my banking needs. It is because of the exceptional customer service I have decided to move my banking here. Alexandra Kind did not have to help me. She took me aside and handled it. But once again it's the great customer service that steals the show. All the employees are so kind . Katrina is always a smiling face when I walk in. High five and 5 stars Wells Fargo.
