“We’ve been with Verizon for 12 years and this store has been here in Salmon Creek forever. We considered other services for three lines, upgraded phones and in the end found Verizon served our needs better. Logan helped us from the beginning and was very helpful with the process in making our decisions. We needed to upgrade from old iPhones and plans needed for international travel coming up and in the years to come. We also had one phone that needed to be initialized for us to ship to Hawaii. He helped us understand all the steps we needed to take to secure the phone for shipping. The manager Chilton helped us with other questions and our wireless Internet through Verizon we decided to try and it works well. All the representatives in this office have been polite and welcoming when we’ve dropped in. Even when we’ve had to wait they were polite and juggled all the customers well in the store.”
