  I took my truck in for a oil change as I’ve done many times before this time how ever the guy put a 5” long scratch on the front fender with his belt buckle the desk guy said he would have his detail guy buff it out he did a great job we continued our conversation and I said one has to be careful working on peoples car you cant be leaning on it wit buckles zippers rings anything that can scratch the paint instead of agreeing and train the employee his suggestion was for me not to bring my truck back to have it serviced there because accidents happen i ask for the top person and he states the same thing don’t bring your nice vehicle to us if you can’t handle the damage we do to it accidents happen well what will happen is I’ll tell EVERYONE i come across this story and hope they take their cars else where
