Extremely pompous, unprofessional staff. I made the mistake of entering the store because there was an issue at the pump that directed me inside the store to pay the cashier. Jeff (clerk) and Lolisa (manager) were clueless how to accept my credit card payment, so I could pump gas at a gas station that I have successfully used many times in the past. Jeff ran my card for unleaded instead of diesel (which we talked about and verified the price per gallon) and tried to blame me for the mistake. They both wanted to argue with me about and treat me like I had never pumped gas before. This really could have been a non-issue if they just allowed me to pay for the diesel instead of arguing with me that I should put unleaded gas in my diesel tank. Lolisa kept escalating and getting louder and louder, almost yelling at me with other customers in queue. They kept rerunning and refunding my credit card a half dozen times because they couldn't figure out how to complete a transaction. It was very embarrassing to be admonished publicly in such a patronizing tone and loud volume! Both Jeff and Lolisa need to go!

If I could give less then one star I would. This place is a joke of a business. Not only once now. But twice I've been ripped off and charged money on my debit card for things I did not buy. And when I've tried going through the correct Channel to get it back. The company manager putts me off and has done nothing to correct it. I will never go to this station again as long as I live.

DO NOT BUY GAS HERE. Safeway rewards do not work here and their gas is 40 cents higher than surrounding stations. Still overpricing daily.

Poor customer service of the clerk to the consumer is a direct representation of the leadership of the management and the ownership. You just lost a patron for life! There are multiple venues which provide the exact same services you do most of them are grateful to have customers, however, this place seems to care less whether their consumers buy here, or elsewhere....I was told as much by the clerk when I incorrectly scanned my driver's license on her behalf. It seemed that the clerk was having a bad day and I gathered the wrath on her behalf.

Stopped by Paul's Chevron the other day to get gas. Unfortunately, the only gas that was available was the supreme. The regular was out of service. But these guys had done things the right way and offered it at the regular price! This "old school" practice is something that seems to have been lost when it comes to businesses and customer service! Greatly appreciated I will definitely be getting gas here more often, thank you guys for showing integrity and caring about your customers in an age where this is out of date!

Not much options for food. Some good workers others garbage obese and illiterate and doesn't even deserve the job they have, lazy inconsiderate stain And the worst thing they don't know about the products when you ask about something which is very bad for he revenues itself, and the name. Disgrace losers. Hands down
