This company will take your money and will pretend like you don't exist.It has taken months and many emails and all I have gotten is a conformation email for my order. I again, tried to contact them to ask about the status of my order and after another month have received no word. I am currently attempting to have my order canceled and refunded.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I paid for the sharpening of two straight razors. For over a month now I’ve tried to contact this business. They’ve sent no mailer nor do they respond to emails on refunds. Guess I have to deal with the bank to fight it out.

I bought a razor through the company. The razor was unavailable. I asked for a different one, also available. I asked to cancel my order and I got radio silence. Avoid the company at all costs. They charged me before the item was checked for availability. also, no way for users to cancel an order. Customer service is slow and at times I have not had contact for a week. I would go as far as to say this company is similarly run to a scam operation, as they have effectively stolen my money. I have contacted my card company to get me my money back.

Order number 26188This company made a packing mistake and only sent 1 bottle of cologne when I paid for 3. I emailed with photos of the size box I received it in and all the items included, it would have been physically impossible to fit 2 more bottles in the box size I received. Emailed 12/24 as this ruined two of the Christmas presents I had planned. Still no reply from customer service 1/7/22 VM message on company phone number listed says they will not take calls due to COVID and only respond to email. Very disappointed.

I once ordered a straight razor from this shop and it arrived not as described in every way. Whoever is attempting to restore razors at classic shaving is clearly clueless. The prices are absolutely ridiculous, especially for their vintage razors. It's safe to say you should avoid any razor seller out of Sandpoint, ID.

I made two distinct orders last year and found one almond shave soap was best in class so far. The high cost of the soap vs. modern cans of other brands makes it just a three star so far. I often begin with Proraso and finish with the Occam Almond soap and they both are very good for the face. I would prefer to buy products made in the USA.

Don't order from these people! I placed an order a month ago and they still haven't shipped. I've emailed numerous times and they still have not gotten back to me. Check them out on the BBB. Numerous complaints. Not sure if they are really still in business.

We are in horrible times right now, no argument here! However, I have sent 5+ emails. Continued to call countless times to see if I could reach anyone. No response to emails and not answering their phones. Again, uncertain times we are in but that is when the character of a person or company should shine through. However, not this place. Taking an individual's money and not providing a response or explanation is simply bad business. Do not order from this company if you ever want a response from customer services. Definitely DO NOT order for overnight shipping. They will take your money and mail it via the postal service anyway. Not the company or customer service the reviews indicated.

EDIT: I'm sorry to have to edit this review as my past experience was good. From my personal go to; to never again will I use this company. Four emails and one attempt to contact them through their Facebook page later and I still don't have a response. Placed an order early in April and now as of 4/23 I still have no clue as to the status of my order. I'm now having to force a refund because they refuse to answer any of my attempts to contact them. Never again will I use this company for my shaving products. I urge all of you to steer well clear of this place. Sad really, it was once a great place to get good shaving products from.Original review below: I don't feel it's fair to remove this because this once was a good company.Great place for top quality shaving equipment. My personal go to without a doubt. I’ve never had any issues and the shipping is fast.

Warning! Beware! Don't do business with this company! Not an honest company. Sent 3 email requests over a two week period about my price gouged hand sanitizer order status with no response from this company. They conveniently shut the phones off and customer service is nonexistent. After 22 days I finally receive my order but I received less than what was ordered, 18 to 20 ozs. of product was missing from container, suspect to be prior to final packaging. Shipping box, fluid container and ty-wrapped containment shipping bag were intact and undamaged, no fluid loss after factory packed. Fluid container was not full and when opened the lid seal was not intact. Removal of fluid from container had to of happened between being filled and final packaging at the factory. Company never responded to the 4th email I sent regarding my order shortage, which included details, pictures and all my contact information for the forth time. They also ignored being contacted multiple times from the BBB on my behalf regarding this manner. Since then the BBB has closed my complaint due to no response from Classic Shaving. This company does not deserve your business. Buy your shaving supplies at one of the many other and most likely honest businesses out there. I will be looking into contacting the State Attorney General's Office or the Department of Consumer Protection regarding this company.

Ordered hand sanitizer for an outrageous price as the pandemic is creating obvious issues. Shortly after ordering decided to cancel my order way before delivery time. They do not have phone support. Email only. Sent emails from their site as well as directly from my own email as well. I tried this multiple times. I got no response and of course they delivered the product anyway. I emailed again for a return authorization and again got no response. They are a bunch of price gauging thieves. Shame on them during these difficult times to be so irresponsible regarding their customers.

2-3 day Shipping = 30 days, Worth it? Furry Nope. "Better products aren't difficult to find. Better service is what sells products. So 2-3 days turns into 30 days. With no response by customer service. Worth my time? No. Worth the money? Who knows? Drop shipping nightmare. Best to find a different retailer. Product reviewing pending, but my viewpoint is clouded with an awful experience. It's like they think it's best to say to there customers wait and we'll get it to you eventually... now wait for that smarmy accent to offer a cut scene, of you getting a product that might be no good. Eventually..."
