We ordered a twin fetco brewer months ago for our upcoming cafe opening next month, first they told us the unit we purchased and paid for was no longer available and then offered a similar unit at the same price which was fine, Weeks went by no communication then a month went by no communication. We tried to follow up and I’ve only gotten vague responses now I keep calling and calling and no one answers. No one gets back to my calls. It feels like they are avoiding me.
Still have not received the Brewer, but they received the money no answers still waiting.
Is this what a professional business does?

Inquired about a roaster and was told to text or call. I texted and a guy named Rick badmouthed the roaster brand I was looking at and have been wanting for some time , then proceeded to try and sell me a brand he is the representative for in this country and they don’t even sell the brand on their website. Without knowing what machine I’ve used. I’m very familiar with the machine he tried selling me . It’s complete garbage. While he badmouthed Probat. Super unfortunate. I feel terrible for the people trying to sell machines on this site since he’s pushing a different brand and badmouthing the ones he’s supposed to try and sell for customers. It’s no secret why so many roasters sit on this site not selling and have to be discounted..

Buyers and sellers beware of this site. Communication was poor and when we reached out, they kept telling us the equipment was about to be sold but never was. They hid clauses that didn’t allow us to sell elsewhere without incurring a large fee and only directed us to the legalities after we tried to pull our listing. No contract was signed, nor were we informed of the legal clauses prior to listing our equipment.
