I booked my rental way in advance. They continually called one of my coworkers to let me know that they were pushing my pick up time back, even after I informed them that they were calling the wrong number. Now it's a day later than I planned to leave. Someone called an hour ago to let me know that my rental was done and ready to go. My son dropped me off and now I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes for a car that really isn't ready. I'm not a fan of leaving poor reviews but this is nuts and I definitely need to give other families a heads up.

Just had to rent a vehicle due to an emergency after just moving. The staff at the sandpoint location was very friendly,fast and understanding. Was able to rent a truck go take care of the emergency and get back. I will definitely rent from them again if I need a vehicle was so professional and easy. Thank to the young woman who did the paperwork and the gentleman who was looked over the vehicle before me leaving.

Was a great experience, the staff was very nice and helpful the cars was beautiful and clean and comfortable too will dobusiness with them again. Maybe buy a car with them.

Couldn’t have asked for better service over at enterprise. Gavin Rosteck was super helpful got us exactly what we needed for a last minute road trip, all the while handling the inflow of calls and pick up appointments he had that day! Very professional will definitely use enterprise in sandpoint again.

My experience here was alright, although I do believe it could have been better. The truck I got as a rental had a bunch of trash in the bed and it was pretty difficult to get a hold of the office to get everything set up. All in all, I’d probably rent again from them but only because there isn’t many options to choose from in Sandpoint.

I asked for a large vehicle as I have 5 kids in car seats & two are still 5 point car seats with 3 boosters. I called & spoke to 3 different people confirming that my vehicle would the largest to accommodate. I was picked up & paid for a full week with the vehicle then when they pulled it around it was a midsized vehicle. They then wanted to charge me additional for the larger vehicle. The manager agreed to get me a larger vehicle as I tried to install my car seats in an attempt to make it work & it didn’t. After waiting over 3 hours for the larger vehicle & arranging for my children to be picked up from school. I took the larger vehicle & left angry. I talked to my insurance agent about the horrible service & he called on my behalf. I was called by the manager saying they were going to be giving me a $200 refund. Upon dropping off the rental I was charged an additional amount instead of the refund
