The K2 Motel is a wonderful, cute place under new management. The family managing it works very hard to update rooms and the property, with many rooms now remodeled beautifully. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like mini-fridges and microwaves, perfect for longer stays. The staff is amazing, providing excellent service and taking great pride in their customers. It has a perfect, central location within walking distance to the lake, breweries, bars, restaurants, and shops. Guests report sleeping very well in the cozy, comfy beds. The outside might mislead, but the inside is excellent.
Excellent service. The family that is managing it is working very hard to update rooms and property. Because we made our reservation so late, we did have a room that had not yet been remodeled; however it was very clean.

This place is wonderful! Clean, remodeled beautifully and great location. The beds and linens were so cozy and comfy I didn't want to leave! Thanks Austyn for the perfect Sandpoint stay!!

Cute place, amazing staff. Updated rooms with nice amenities. Central location,Rooms: Nicely updated, mini-fridge, microwave, cleanNearby activities: Lots of breweries, bars, restaurants, and shops to walk to. Also walking distance to the lake.
