I was just a no show for my doggie and your staff was so darn sweet, understanding and compassionate. It's a real treat to deal with someone who sends their smile through the phone. Thank you girls for accommodating Simba and I.

Best vets we have ever been to. Superb quality, facilities, and level of professionalism. The vets, the techs, the entire experience is first-rate. Go to them even if you have to travel 200 miles. It's worth it.

They are very understanding and helpful. I took my guinea pig there and when they sent her home, they sent me with meds. She died later that night and they credited my account. They also sent their condolences to me and my three year old son. They are extremely caring and I am so glad that I had the pleasure of dealing with them.

I have had to rush two of my dogs to North Idaho Animal hospital in the past. One was just recently when my mini Aussie was having an extreme panic anxiety attack and was hyperventaliating and her tongue turned blue. They took her right in tended to her immediately and put her on oxygen. They gave her meds to calm her down and bring down her blood pressure. I thought that I was going to lose my dog that day but fortunately their expert and knowledgeable staff knew just what to do. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff and the vet that turned a terrifying crisis into a happy outcome.

North Idaho Animal Hospital is the only clinic in Sandpoint that is willing to work with American Heritage Wildlife Foundation. They have the permits from the USFWS to examine the migratory bird species. Dr. Mehra and Dr. Pierce are the primary doctors with the passion and knowledge of wild animals. Thank you to both for all your hours of work to help keep North Idaho WILD!

If you care about your dog, do not go here. We used to go there and I brought up some back pain our dog was having. They just wanted him on drugs, and went no further. That was about 18 months ago. This poor dog had major surgery by a skilled neurosurgeon yesterday, in another state, and I was told he did have signs of some previous trauma. Well, he is still in the hospital and will remain there for 7-10 days. If these people had cared they would have noticed the problem and been proactive. All they care about is money.

I have been bringing my two cats to North Idaho Animal Hospital for over 7 years. Everyone at this office always give the utmost in care and attention to my cats. Dr. Mehra has really gone the extra mile with my cat Molly, who has had chronic issues requiring extra care and thought.
