Everything went really well. The maintenance guy was awesome in helping me out. Front desk was also very helpful in closing account due to a family emergency and not being able to move stuff from another city. The only trouble and confusion was using online registration. In addition, I would have moved my stuff to a smaller size but the one month free special was no longer available.

Its been an amazing experience. I cant believe how huge this place is. Its always been a dream of mine to own a storage facility with a home on the property. And run the entire show. I can see this is a major money making business. As many people come through these gates I ts amazing. I will strive to have that dream of mine. And thank you for being so polite and helpful. Its been an amazing experience.

Manager JW was very courteous, professional and kind to me. I highly recommend renting from Northwest Self Storage in Ponderay, Idaho. Storage units are reasonably and affordably priced. Place is very clean. Security is, imo, excellent.

The facility is well kept and clean. The staff is very helpful and informative. Pricing is ok but it just went up, again. They recently had the entire facility blacktopped. The location is great for me and there is plenty of room to maneuver trailers etc around when loading and unloading your unit.

Easy to enter gate and to leave.
