“I called and asked if i could stop by in a couple of days due to a flat tow light brake not working on my RV. The owner indicated they were extremely busy, but would perform an electrical test of the system. i stopped by a couple of days later and it took the mechanic (with the owner also assisting) an hour and 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. He didnt have the replacement part AND refused to accept payment for their time. wow...thats customer service at its best. i wad grateful but surprised. A company that deserves a customers loyality. “Everything went really well. The maintenance guy was awesome in helping me out. Front desk was also very helpful in closing account due to a family emergency and not being able to move stuff from another city. The only trouble and confusion was using online registration. In addition, I would have moved my stuff to a smaller size but the one month free special was no longer available.”
