“I called and asked if i could stop by in a couple of days due to a flat tow light brake not working on my RV. The owner indicated they were extremely busy, but would perform an electrical test of the system. i stopped by a couple of days later and it took the mechanic (with the owner also assisting) an hour and 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. He didnt have the replacement part AND refused to accept payment for their time. wow...thats customer service at its best. i wad grateful but surprised. A company that deserves a customers loyality. “Overall, excellent experience from leasing to storage. JW is super friendly and very easy to work with. If you have trailer, you might end up parking somewhere you aren’t supposed to since not all spaces are marked (large boat trailer storage). Got a great deal and it’s really no further than where we were before!!”
