“The people there were sooo helpful! Everyone grabbed a box or something I had rented and helped bring them outside without me asking. They are super friendly, and when a couple of my plans went sideways and I had to extend the rental agreement, they were so incredibly nice about it. I would use their services every time over Penske trucks just because of the people. The 15 foot truck I rented was really old, but ran just fine. They could use a little upgrade on a couple of the trucks but I had no problems at all with the equipment or the people who run the company in Sandpoint!! 10 stars out of 10

“We rented our u-haul in Moab, Utah and drove it up to Sagle, ID then returned it in Ponderay. This location is small but there's enough room to park the hauls easily. The shop inside is quaint and cool and they let you rent all sorts of equipment - pretzel and popcorn makers to drink servers and more. The people were friendly enough but it did take longer than I expected to simply return the vehicle. They only had one computer that would apparently accommodate me and it was busy for a while before I was able to be seen.”

“I called and asked if i could stop by in a couple of days due to a flat tow light brake not working on my RV. The owner indicated they were extremely busy, but would perform an electrical test of the system. i stopped by a couple of days later and it took the mechanic (with the owner also assisting) an hour and 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. He didnt have the replacement part AND refused to accept payment for their time. wow...thats customer service at its best. i wad grateful but surprised. A company that deserves a customers loyality.
