I suggest going to this location in the late afternoon when friendlier staff is available. The older brown haired woman working in the mornings is very unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, acts like she’s put out just to do her job, and overall appears to be a miserable human.

3 times now I've spend 60 dollars for next day air, did it all in the correct timeframe, and they take 5-7 days to ship it and they get 60 for doing nothing. It's unacceptable, I actually see faster shipping with free shipping. They always refuse to make things right, the place is a joke that will take your money and sit and not work.

They do a really good job here. The line can get pretty long occasionally, but the employees do a good job working through customers in a professional way.

I needed some printing lamination done for my business. After trying a competitor in town and wasting 20 bucks I walked into this gem of a store. Sierra greeted me and was incredible. Long story short I learned my lesson. Save a headache and use these guys for office services from the get go. Thank you Sierra for being so amazing!!

I was in the Sandpoint store a week before Christmas to mail a bunch of packages. It was minutes before the lunch rush and as Chuck was assisting me with all my packages the line behind me was growing and I was getting stressed. Chuck was so efficient at getting my packages processed and I really appreciated it! The other two employees helping customers were doing a great job also, and all three were calm and friendly during the busy time.

SIERRA! First, her sincere, friendly customer service put me at ease. Then she proceeded to guide me through a rather complex packaging process, resulting in a parcel that protected my fragile items at an economical price. All was executed efficiently, and I left knowing I could not have had a better shipping experience. What an outstanding person and employee! Give her a raise!

Chuck, Sierra, Linda and Jamie are fantastic to work with. This is the busiest UPS store I’ve been involved with and they are always happy, ready to help, professional, knowledgeable, and 100% accurate providing the many UPS services.

I'm out over $300 on 2 returns.
The UPS Store took both labels and both boxes, one of which had the returning company's logo on it (LARGE).
I asked if I could help label them with tape and she said she'd take care of it and sent me on my way.
Boxes got switched and I'm out $300...

Everyone at the ups is very friendly and sociable. I had the pleasure of working with Sierra today but everyone at the store is wonderful. I send a lot of packages and I am moving to ups for all my primary needs as I feel it's more reliable. Thank you all very much!
