After my account was hacked, I have had nothing but trouble trying to access my new account and use bill pay. Consequently, bills I usually pay online have been late and fees have been added to my account. I JUST tried again and got the message that "system is not working and to try again later."I am through trying with this bank. Monday I will visit another bank or credit union and hope to have better luck.We have been customers of this bank for many, many years. Disappointing.

My local branch in Priest River was closed so drove all the way to withdrawal some cash, made it 8 minutes after 4 so the lobby was closed, and so was the drive through even though the website says open until 5.Oh and the ATM, yeah that was a joke.

What a Joke after This place is stay away. After 23 years with US BANK the sandpoint branch made me move what a Blessing Mt Bank so much better and Customer service Freindly.. That Branch Manger is the worst at the US Bank of Sandpoint and so is Sue... Never Have I seen anything run like that place..

Rude. Walked I to add wife to accounts. Only 2 customers 3 tellers and bank manager made sure to tell me that you need an appointment but she would take care of us. Really? Three people working and 2 customers? Uptight little 'ho.

I’ve had an account with this bank for a long time! Very disappointed in them, the branch manager Vivian was supposed to call me back over some bunk fees and didn’t. Then they wouldn’t refund the fees even though it was their fault that the fees happened. Trash bank

I am not too familiar with this bank, but I went into the facility to get a U.S Bank check cashed that comes from someone who does have an account there. They denied my request because I didn't have a profile set up, and proceeded to explain that if I did have one set up, they would charge a $7.00 fee. It's not as though the people there were upsetting, but the inflexibility and complication of what should be a simple request seemed to warrant a warning to the Sandpoint Community and this one-star rating. I would suggest getting an account and doing business with a credit union, especially if you're on the edge about whether or not you want to set up an account here.

Small town feel, excellent service and personalized banking. Every time staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and when you call the local office you speak to someone in that office vs the 800 lines... nice to be able to rely on local help.

I have banked with US Bank in Sandpoint for decades. These folks have always greeted me by name, engaged in conversation, and gave excellent customer service. I have been to other US Banks in the North West and none have compared to the genuinely kind people at the Sandpoint branch.

I would give less than 1 star but I do not have that option. Apparently US Bank has the right to decide what money will go into your account. Per Matthew Bradford the Branch Assistant Manager, he gets to decide what checks go into the accounts and which ones do not. Beware they DO NOT TAKE THIRD PARTY CHECKS. These checks will be processed and returned and you will be responsible for return fees (even if the funds are available). Nowhere in their Endorsement Standards does it say that the payee needs to be present to deposit and no where does it say that the payee needs to be on your checking account to deposit the check. Their policy states that both the payee and the transferee need to sign the check. THIS BANK SUCKS AND MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES AS THEY GO ALONG.

US Bank charges a $7 fee for cashing a payroll check from the same branch! I will never in my life open an account with any US bank because of this! I informed the owner of the company I work for and he is now looking for an alternative bank to stash his large sum of $. Just because a bunch of criminals in DC say it's legal to do it, doesn't mean you should! Your greed is disgusting US Bank!

Friendly customer service but they will charge you for ANYTHING. Even cashing a check that comes from their bank. I don't have an account with them and I never will. Also very outdated systems and interior, makes me feel like I'm in the 90s not the 21st century.

I have been with US Bank for 21 years. Always had great service. Today, Vivian, The manager helped me to get back 89.75 that I was charged for a " free 14 day trial, you only pay postage". That, and she is so sweet. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
