The hours on Google are incorrect and the lobby is by appointment only. It doesn’t take very much to update your hours so please do. Feel free to reply and I will delete my review once you’ve fixed this issue.

Well where do I begin? I was with them for a better part of 15 yrs and after getting married I wanted to simply add my wife to the account. Simple right ?!?! Well as I found out not so much. I was told no, the reason I was told given was that she owed wells fargo 50 bucks, so we paid it. Told that was all we needed to do, give it a few days to clear and come back in and sign her on, we'll again was told no. Told that there was a ding whatever that means. So I called customer service to be told they didn't need to tell me why and she proceeded to belittle me. So I closed all my accounts and we went to a local credit union and opened a new account together with no problems. I well never do business with Wells Fargo again nore will I do business with anyone that would finance anything through them on my behalf. I have been treated to poorly by anyone or any institution in my life. Next stop is consumer affairs and better business Bureau and any social media possible.
