He may live on Sandpoint but the driver lives in a rental on Sharp in Spokane. He parks the logging truck on the sidewalk, speeds through the neighborhood and has even threatened a neighbor who pointed out the five no trucks allowed signs he passed. He says he can do whatever he wants but he has no idea of city ordinances. They differ Im sure from Idaho but in Spokane he's violating several. You cannot block access to a sidewalk. No large trucks means no trucks. Arrogance isnt a virtue when its someone elses name on the truck.
