Convenient to sign up using website, owner is easy to get ahold of when needed. Good rates and the storage units are secure with fencing and security cameras. I would rent there again. Thanks!

Rich, the owner of West Elmira Storage has been absolutely wonderful through the rental process, available to answer questions, and very helpful when I recently was ready to get my belongings out of storage. Great new facility with lights and security cameras. Very accessible for the Pack River, Samuels, Elmira, McArthur Lake, and Naples area. The owner is very easy to work with and also makes himself available for any issues. He was proactive in sending out notice of some snow in the way of our unit and that they were going to clear it right away. I highly recommend this facility.

With the lights at night, camera security system, fenced and gated property this facility is very secure and it feels safe for my belongings and my family.
