What's the point of calling in prescriptions when they never fill them til you show up? Every single time I go I'm waiting 20-30 min because apparently requesting it days ago isn't enough time! I'm switching pharmacies.

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Judgmental about medications prescribed and they actively blame the doctor for not getting prescriptions ready in a timely fashion. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.

I love the personal attention we receive at this smaller pharmacy. All of the staff has a can-do attitude; nothing is ever a hassle for them. The pharmacists and staff get the job done and are personable at the same time ?

It would be nice if they kept to their posted opening hours - or at least let customers know when they can't do that. Got there a few minutes after they are supposed to open in the morning and the doors are locked. No notice about a reason - but aside from that, the service has always been friendly, so I will still be coming back. Although next time I'll probably try to plan some extra time into my schedule.

Excellent service for over 15 years. The convenience of the drive thru makes this hands down the best. All the employees go out of there way to accommodate and help you get exactly what you need. Been a lifesaver to me.

This pharmacy didn’t want to fulfill my daughter’s order because I supposedly didn’t have the right copy from doctor. She pretended to call the office in front of me and ask them to send it over. I left and had a sneaky suspicion she was pulling my leg. I called the doctor and they said they didn’t get a call from them and the copy I had was the right one and she had to fax over the same one. Apparently this pharmacist wanted to give me a hard time because she could tell I wasn’t a local. Discrimination and pettiness deserves 0 stars, too bad I have to give you 1 star. I’d much rather go to Super 1 or Walmart and throw my money there instead of a local small shop which was my initial thought. Oh well, your loss. God bless you.

White Cross Pharmacy has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get my child’s seizure medicine before a CRAZY weekend!! I cried with the service I received!! I’ve never been treated like I or my child mattered with a pharmacy!! I am so grateful for the techs and everyone else that works there!!
