So on a Friday afternoon I walked in and was greeted by a very professional and friendly sales person (Sierra). I needed a full bedroom set (head & foot board with side tables) and three living area type chairs with ottomans. Sierra was super knowledgable with the floor show items and additional catalog offerings - that combined with her exceptional listen skills, we were able to narrow in on exactly what I was looking for. Sierra followed up with a little bit more information/detailed measurements from the manufactures of the items that I picked and we solidified the deal (3 business days, paid for and ordered). “These people are awesome. We bought some foam there over a year ago and had enough to piece together another cushion but we needed glue for it. I called and told them about it and they left a partial bottle of spray glue out for us to get. It worked great. It was the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you for your help.”
