First walking in, I asked to wash my hands… I was told they don’t have water… shortly after walking around a corner, the lady who was there quickly snapped at my child who was looking at a wooden item…delivery could have been better… not the best prices but definitely for people looking for a tourist experience. Would skip this destination on future visits. Did not feel welcome.

It really is a horrible place, the prices are very expensive, and it doesn't matter that it is in the middle of nowhere, if you don't buy from their store, they will throw you away from the parking lot, even if the parking lot is empty.

Beautiful handcrafted arts. Friendly service. Reasonable on prices. Loved this store.

They have some cute stuff in there but a bit over priced. I was making final decisions on what ti buy when we decided to not spend a dime due to the super unfriendly staff. An older woman and man.. I'm assuming owners, didn't greet us which is fine but the entire time we were in there they made everyone feel very uncomfortable with dirty looks, staring and glaring... I'm assuming because we took kids in there but they were behaving yet the man still walked around and would stand right next to someone and Stare at them. My 5 yr old grabbed a stuffy with a lolli pop in it and brought it to me asking dor it, i said no out it back and he went and put it on the counter next to the stand . As i was telling him thats not where he got it the woman picks it up as she loudly scuffs and glared at him.. very unprofessional and rude... 10/10 would not recommend.

These people are extremely rude! They should not be in business with public with the way they are towards others! Will never go back

I took some of my family to the Bear Claw this morning and bought a throwing star and some rocks. We have had the owner get rude in the past so we were super careful to make sure we were quiet and polite. She was pretty rude to my husband a couple weeks ago when he asked where the fireworks stand was so I tried to not bother her. Everything was fine and my granddaughter loved the rocks. Some of the stuff looked pretty cheesy but the throwing star said it was stainless and the owner said it was so I bought it. Got home and my son threw it at a cardboard box and it hit the dirt and one of the points broke off. I called and was told they don't do returns, which is what I figured but I'm really disappointed that I spent $20 on something that broke immediately. I feel like the stuff they sell is decorative only and not actually meant for use. It was really not worth the drive from Twin Falls.

I called to ask a question about the fireworks stands and I was very polite and they answered back by cussing me out and hanging up on me. Absolutely unprofessional I just had a question and I got answered back by getting cussed out.

Very interesting place to visit. Lots of inventory. Alot of it has been there for a while. The terracotta pieces that have been outside have lots their glaze. Being in the middle of the desert with all the wind can cause that. Lots of jewelry.

1% stuff they get from reservations and 99% PRC-made garbage. Had bought some outdoor items there in the past, but the old grumpy owner makes it worth just passing by. Looks quaint from the outside, but actually just a chochsky-hucker/tourist trap for gullible first time visitors to the Wood River Valley.

WARNING: STAY AWAY if you want to avoid being treated horribly, especially if you have young children! Worst customer service experience! We wish we would have read the past reviews first or spoke to people who have been here before stopping by. Don't waste your time and money to support this business who apparently for years can be extremely bitter towards unsuspecting customers. Totally uncalled for! I do not wish for anyone else to be treated with such hostility. More people need to know about the lady who owns this place. Our first sign to leave this place immediately was the cold stares we received the whole time we were inside. We didn't see any sign that says no photos or video recordings allowed (mind you, I had the intention to share with others what this place has to offer), but rather than respectfully being asked to not record anything, a lady with the nastiest look on her face comes out from behind the counter and suddenly yells at me to shut my camera off! When I told her she didn't have to be rude about it, she claimed I felt that way because I didn't get what I want! How ridiculous! Lady, if you would have nicely asked me not to take any pictures or videos, I would have respected your request.

Pretty cool store with interesting and beautiful stuff. The owners have terrible customer service though and really rude makes you feel uncomfortable being in there. Almost don't want to get anything because all they do is stare at you like you are doing something wrong by being in there and don't say a word.
