Wow. This florist is incredible. My friend received the most beautiful flower arrangement for her retirement and on short notice. I asked for a variety of flowers in cheerful colors late yesterday and this gorgeous arrangement arrived for my friend today. I am beyond impressed. I recommend this florist , Erin, to everyone who appreciates quality, friendliness, timeliness and fresh beautiful flowers.🌷🤗

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior from Fellow Florist
Erin Smith from Flowers & More By Erin placed a Designer’s Choice Easter order with us for $65, without requesting any specific flowers. We created a fresh, seasonal arrangement within the budget, factoring in the significantly higher flower and delivery costs in Silicon Valley.
After delivery, Erin called and verbally berated our team, upset that it didn’t include roses or lilies — none of which were requested or mentioned at any point during the order process. As a fellow florist, this lack of clarity, followed by aggressive behavior, was especially disappointing.
When wiring out orders as a florist, it’s industry standard to:
Review the destination shop’s pricing and delivery policies
Clearly specify desired flowers or design style
Respect the professional on the receiving end of the order
Sadly, Erin Smith demonstrated none of these basic practices and chose to place blame after the fact.
Fellow florists: be aware when working with her in the future. This experience was far from professional or respectful.

Erin is absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough about her talent and professionalism. She not only brought my dream wedding vision to life, but she exceeded all my expectations. My bridal bouquet was simply stunning, and the arch and wine barrel toppers were the perfect finishing touches. Incorporating all of my favorite colors and flowers, she truly went above and beyond what I could have ever dreamed of for my wedding florals.
What truly sets Erin apart is her dedication to preserving the beauty of her floral creations. The ability to have my bouquet preserved means I can cherish this special memory forever.

Erin and her staff are amazing, and the salon is the prettiest I've ever been in. It's welcoming and has a very comfortable atmosphere! Definitely will be back. They also have amazing flowers!

Tiff is a wonderful hairdresser. I go out of my way to have her. She is so sweet and so knowledgeable about hair products. She takes the time to really know what you need and want.

I have reviewed this business before but that was on Erin's gorgeous flower arrangement. This time it is a rave review for Erin's talent as a hairstylist. She cut my hair a few weeks ago and I am loving the ease of the style. I have fine hair and her cut makes it look more full. Plus, I get a lot of compliments on it. It is the first time Erin has done my hair and she is now going to be my 'go to' talented hairdresser.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers to be delivered to my mom’s job. I’m out of state, yet there were no issues at all. She even sent me a picture of the bouquets before delivery. They were gorgeous! Trustworthy and quality work. Thank you, Erin!

Sent V day flowers to granddaughter in Old Town Idaho. I used a company that works with florists all over the country. I had my doubts. I'm so glad they chose F & M by Erin. Very impressed by the arrangement. Beautiful. Made Granddaughter extremely happy. Thank you Erin

Friendly, great service, was flexible and able to change delivery day. Flowers were beautiful and my mom loved them! Would definitely recommend and order from her again.

Needed a new stylist when I moved to Priest rv area. Through the grapevine I found Erin and have been very happy with her since. ?The salon is super cute and very clean. And...it smells of wonderful flowers!

Erin is wonderful and absolutely made the most gorgeous florals for our wedding. She went above and beyond for us and our arrangements could not have been more perfect. They were seriously the most gorgeous floral arrangements I have seen. She was a joy to work with and I am so grateful to have gotten to know her. Her assistant Shelly at her salon also did my wedding hair and it held all day and looked so stunning. If you are looking for an amazing florist and stylist, look no further! I couldn't recommend them enough.
