Bi-Mart is a local chain of employee-owned membership discount stores. Members shop there because the stores are convenient, easy to shop, and offer real values every day on name brand products at a very good price point. The stores are clean and well organized, offering a great selection. They carry a wide variety of items, from everyday shopping and groceries to home repair, automotive maintenance, and outdoor outfitting, as well as plants and pots. The staff are consistently described as wonderful, friendly, helpful, and amazing. As employee-owners, they take pride in their store and provide great service. Employees are known to go above and beyond, such as calling other locations to help find products for customers, making them feel like they matter. The primary feedback noted is that the stores provide only paper bags without handles, which can be hard to carry. I have been a Bi-Mart customer since I was in middle school. It has always been a store that inspires possibilities with their product selection. I love these stores.
