Bi-Mart is a local chain of employee-owned membership discount stores. The stores are clean and well organized, offering a great selection. They carry a wide variety of items, from everyday shopping and groceries to home repair, automotive maintenance, and outdoor outfitting, as well as plants and pots. The staff are consistently described as wonderful, friendly, helpful, and amazing. As employee-owners, they take pride in their store and provide great service. Employees are known to go above and beyond, such as calling other locations to help find products for customers, making them feel like they matter. The primary feedback noted is that the stores provide only paper bags without handles, which can be hard to carry. I reluctantly went to purchase a new lawn mower, but didn't really have a choice. I received great customer service and recommendations while I was looking at my options. It was also nice that Bi Mart was close to home and I don't have to go to a larger retailer for my purchase.
