Dropped a trailer off for the company I work for, Clark's Concrete. Blake's Trailers increased the original quote from 5k to 12k with no communication until we came to pick the trailer up, there were several things they claimed they did that they did not do, they changed things that were not asked to be changed and did not communicate it, several welds on the frame broke less than 6 months after pickup with minimal loads, and the icing on the cake... when we went to pay for the service, Monte (husband of the owner) offered to take the title and remove the bill, which is absolutely insane. There was a customer ahead of us, an older blue collar gentleman who was also visibly upset about the service he received. If you need trailer work, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Blake Trailers did an amazing job creating custom transition flaps for my trailer! We rent tables and chairs, and the wheels on our carts were difficult to use with standard flaps. Montey and his crew custom-made flaps that work perfectly for our setup. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need any more trailer work in the future

My only critiques (and thus the lower rating) with Blake Trailer are poor communication and time management. Appointments made weeks in advance don’t seem to make a difference in getting my trailer back with work done in a timely manner. Perhaps this is because when interacting with Montry the owner you do get his full attention, and he goes the extra mile to resolve even small issues. Monty once identified and repaired an unseen but potentially catastrophic issue with my old first horse trailer that had gone unnoticed by others. And they’ve serviced my newer trailer owner the years and done good work.

I am giving you 1 star Because you have had my circle j trailer there for almost a month. I have tried to call and you will not answer the phone. The one time I did get through, I could not get a straight answer from you when the trailer is going to be done. I would like to come and get it and take it to someplace who will repair it for me. Hopefully this review gets your attention and you call me. Once you do I will pull the review

Wow! Impressive Customer Service. We don’t own a Blake trailer. We stopped in the shop twice to ask for advice and buy parts. Montry spent time with us and made sure we had the information we needed plus more. We felt treated like his best customers.
