“I received a phone call from Matt at the post office because my mail has been so mixed up with moving. It had nothing to do with the Post Office that Matt at it was at the post office in Oregon that was a nightmare and continued to deliver packages to my old address. Matt at this post office has done everything possible to help straighten out things to get my mail delivered here. He is gone way beyond the call of duty to help me in this matter when it’s not even their fault at this post office that I’m not getting my mail. He has been so patient with listening to what happened to me and my mail and once again does not really have to even be involved in it but it’s taken the time to try to follow it through with the other Post Office and have it corrected.
