So I called Republic storage and Debbie answered the phone and just from the beginning she was delightful. Amazing easy to deal with. She held the space for me when she didn’t have too. I came in and dealt with her and her husband and they were an amazing team. They were just a pleasure and I was so glad at the end of the day that the first call I made was to Republic storage Debbie was on the phone Because she just made everything easy. So if you’re looking for a storage place with friendly people to go above and beyond, give Debbie a call thanks Debbie

I called July 1st at 8:05am asking about available units. I was told they had a 10×15 and I asked if I could reserve it over the phone. I was told I needed to reserve it online. I got slammed at work and wasn't able to reserve right away, when it finally slowed down at my work I made an online reservation to save the unit at 1:20pm. At 1:32pm I got a call from the facility stating that they had someone in office trying to get the unit, but when they went to pay it popped up that the unit was reserved. I was told they made contact with the in office person before I made my online reservation and I asked what that meant and was told they needed to cancel my reservation so the person in office could get the unit. When you make a reservation online it says they are honored for 2 days. Clearly that is not the case. I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I was under the impression that reservations online would be upheld and if someone inquired about a unit they would be informed someone had already reserved it. This is not the case. Online reservations are only good until someone walks into the office to pickup a unit.

Friendly and very helpful staff, but the trailer they offer for tenant use is misleading, so don't factor that into your decision to come here.

I've been renting multiple units here for 7 years. Now that I go to move out of one unit they refuse to prorate the rent for the 2 extra days I need. "sorry nothing we can do about that you'll have to pay for the whole month". They have no problem prorating when you move in though, makes perfect sense right....

The owners are nice, facilities are well kept , however not at the fault to them, I was charged $100 for a month of storage, and wasn't reimbursed when I had all my items moved out the last day of the month. I forgot to take off my autopay and was charged a full month after all my items were moved out. Upper management said there was nothing they could do and it was in the contract to let them know before I moved my items. Blatant cash grab to not just give me money back. I would understand if I left my items in there 2 weeks into the month, but the fact I wasn't refunded says it all about upper management.

I like the storage facilities offered here. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained. They respect the the privacy of others and there is never loud, abusive, or vulgar language at the facility. Very family-friendly!!!!
