“Our family has attended several concerts on the grounds of this venue. It is a great place for a summer concert! Our experience has been very positive with the exception of the barbecue food truck that has been onsite for the last 2 concerts. Either they are too busy setting up to sell food or they are out of product. When we finally were able to purchase food from them it was quite substandard. Please consider having food trucks available that have enough product to sell and can provide it to customers timely so customers can enjoy the concerts and not have to spend their time waiting in lines.”

“As a photographer who photographs weddings and has seen quite a few venues, I'll just say- Mint Barrel Barn is FANTASTIC. I've shot weddings at Mint Barrel Barn a couple times this year and both experiences were top notch. The grounds are gorgeous, the barn there is a crowd pleaser (those modern chandeliers and super high ceilings!!), and the sunset is amazing. I would know since I'm totally obsessed with sunsets.

Before one of the weddings, it started raining but still went off without a hitch. Reina Corona with RC Events coordinated it all expertly and the barn was plenty big to move the ceremony indoors!

I'm so thankful for this venue and I'm always super happy whenever I hear a couple is getting married there. What a lovely addition to the Treasure Valley.”

“Waters Edge Event Center in Eagle, Idaho is one of my favorite intimate wedding venues to photograph. It is located close to the Boise River and is perfect for couples planning a smaller guest count who still want a beautiful experience.

The reception room is bright and modern and the large doors open directly into the ceremony space which makes the whole day feel seamless.

As a Boise wedding photographer I highly recommend Waters Edge. The best wedding photos are taken just a few minutes away along the Boise Greenbelt where the natural light and river views create a stunning backdrop for portraits.

“We had our wedding at Willow Creek this October and it was truly everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we toured the property, we instantly knew this was the place—we went to one other place, because we felt we had to because who finds their venue first try, but immediately after leaving the second venue we book with Willow Creek. The venue is absolutely stunning on its own, with gorgeous trees and string lights already hung, so we hardly needed any extra decor. It photographed beautifully and created the perfect atmosphere all day and night. The location is perfect—not close to any busy or main roads, so there was absolutely zero vehicle noise. It makes it so peaceful, private, and magical.

A huge shoutout to Patty! She was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and willing to talk through any ideas to help make sure every detail was perfect. Her patience and enthusiasm made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable.

One of our must-haves for our venue was a fire pit, and Willow Creek delivered! It became such a fun focal point at the reception, especially because we used it for a s’mores bar as one of our dessert options. Our guests loved it!

Another major perk is that they only host one wedding per weekend, which gave us tons of time to set up, decorate, and settle in without feeling rushed. The suites were fantastic, especially the bridal suite, which had more than enough space for everyone to get ready comfortably.

On the day of our wedding, the staff did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly, from maintaining the bathrooms to keeping the fire pit going. Their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed.

We couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else. If you’re considering Willow Creek—book it! ?”

“This is the best theater I have been to in a long time. Heated recycling seats, great sound, and great customer service. The tickets are reasonable. The concession stand prices are high, but they help pay for the theaters overhead, and it's well worth the experience.”

“The location is very convenient right off freeway. Their are multiple resturants within walking distance like In-N-Out Burger. As I walked into the room it was already nice and cool! The room has a lot of space and very clean! Oh my gosh, the sheets, blanket, and pillows were so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you sign up for their rewards program you can take advantage of their late check out of 12:30. The only complaint I have is in regards to their curtains, which allowed too much light in.”

“We have been attending an annual Christmas party at the Dille Center for over 5 years! This venue is always spotless, the owners are very easy to work with, and accommodating! The location is in the heart of historical downtown, it’s very easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. This year we were pleasantly surprised to find the Dille Center was remodeled with new lights, brights white walls, a pink and blue accent wall (perfect for gender reveal parties, baby birthday parties, or even sweet 16 celebrations), and a very modern wood detailed wall. Thank you Dille Center for always accommodating our crazy group of Christmas loving friends!”

“My club plays volleyball there and it is a great gym/worship space/ fundraiser space. Very roomy and looks very decent for a gym. It has concrete floors and nice bathrooms inside.”

“This place is awesome…the single day prices are just too high. Charging the parent full price is wild to me. I understand wanting to limit the feel of being crowded…but I don’t live close so a membership doesn’t make sense for me. But I would go much more often and invite different friends if it were a little more reasonable priced for adults.

The place itself is fun…has lots to do to visit for an hour or two for ages 3-7 are probably the best ages. Such adorable areas. And the expansion is fun.”

“First time skater, fell on my tailbone, but got the hang of it. And then got passed by someone skating backwards (no, not skating. GLIDING GRACEFULLY LIKE A SWAN BACKWARDS). No regrets, $13 per skater when I went.”

“I attended my friend’s wedding here. This wedding was “stunning” about the end of Fall time. It was so romantic and the Bride and Groom were the whole focus of a beautiful view of the hay and barn and the animals. The flowers and decor were so perfect. I loved the wedding guest sign book and backdrop. I just loved everything about it was very well displayed. The food and snacks were just like a dream in their delicious display. I don’t think a wedding could have been any more memorable and beautiful as this one. The owner and helpers were so kind and helpful. I just had so much fun.”

“We stayed at Candlewood Suites for 6 nights. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, free laundry, gym and hot tub are all included. The staff is nice. It’s a quiet place for a great night sleep.”

“We stayed here for 3 weeks during a home repair.They made us feel so welcome. Our dog was very unsettled for the first 3 days, but she settled in nicely, considering she relied on us to leash her up several times a day and take her outside.While we were stressed with the insurance claim taking forever, the staff were all friendly and responsive to our needs.We were grateful we had a full kitchen to cook dinner daily. It saved us so much money on eating out daily, as well as feeling some sense of normalcy while being displaced from our home. (It did feel a bit strange walking through the lobby with WinCo grocery bags, though.) The breakfast was so nice. It always had a great selection of breakfast foods that had the homecooked touch, and not just a pre-packaged carb loaded food. Fresh fruit, and a different selection daily was really nice to look forward to.Our room was always cleaned on time, and now I'm spoiled. :)Thank you Homewood Suites, for making us feel comfortable while navigating an insurance claim and repair situation.This visit was neither vacation or business, but I listed it as a business stay because it was the better option of the 2 choices.We definitely will consider this hotel chain in our future travels!”
