“Got a flat while traveling :( Fortunately we were staying in Meridian for the night. Looked at all the big tire shops (you know who I’m talking about ) to see if I can get an early next day appointment with no luck. Called commercial and was told to drop in the next morning and they could help. I showed up a little after opening and was back on my way an hour later- for FREE! Great customer service, friendly staff. Thank you!!!!”

We’ve purchased tires from them on multiple occasions and have always been happy with them and their service and recommendations. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars so they are very patient to answer all my questions and I never feel like I’m being misled or taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge (which has happened to me at other vendors). I truly believe they are honest, knowledgeable, and are willing to go the extra mile which is so greatly appreciated!”

“Im still giving a 4 stars due to the fact that I really liked the people and the good part of their service. I loved that they were able to get me in immediately with not problems. Customer service from the young lady was awesome, she was straight to the point and got the job done fast. But I also have a fair amount of complaints that can help them “be better” in the future.I was told that I could drop off my car in the morning and which I did. I headed out to work and tried all day to get ahold of them and I simply could not get them to answer. All I wanted to call about was if I could get a alignment with the 1 used tire I was supposed to get replaced. I called throughout the whole day about 5 times and no answer. Finally I decided to call “in private” and I had a answer. Seemed kind of odd.. Anyways I head out there and I see that my car has 2 used tires installed. I never received a call in regard to them asking me if that was okay. They just replaced both of them without my consent.. Honestly very disappointed in the fact that I was never asked if that would be okay. Now obviously I was able to afford it, but imagine if I wasn’t? Terrible part on your guys’s end. I then ask if I could still schedule a alignment for my car and they say that for my type of vehicle it has to be taken to a alignment shop???How are you guys running a shop without being able to do alignments?? Kind of odd right?Anyways, I’m more satisfied than upset. But there’s definitely work to be done on keeping people informed. That wasn’t fair to me on my first experience with you guys. I hope to do more business here soon with you guys.”

“Wanted to thanks the folks at Les Schwab. Last August I needed an alingment after some work done at Star Tire (also great folks). Well, I need to new tie rod end bring the cost up quite a bit, but they showed it to me and I had the work done. Fast forward to the other day 4 months later while working the car, I realized the Bellows boot had come loose. I stopped and presented this to the Les Schwab and they were quick to check it out and make it right, it seems these boots are held on by zipties and over time had worked its way loose. Anyway, thanks guys, for us trying to keep our older cars on the road your commitmant and top drawer service is a welcome one.”
