My first experience with this store is definitely my last. The owner, Terry, couldn't be nicer. Her assistant, Kersten, is another story. She is patronizing and treats you as if she were a second grader. Unfortunately, she did not mention (although she now claims she did) that the store will only issue store credit for returns and not credit it back to your credit card. On the whole the items are very nice but pricey. They have UPS bill you separately for shipping. I will be keeping the phone case strap, since I would be unlikely to use the store credit. A perusal of their internet site shows me nice enough but overpriced items.

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life in ordering from Bellissimo to Canada. Long story short, through some manufacturer delays and issues with a product I wanted as a special gift for my Mom, Barbara here was amazing about making sure I was informed, and kept me smiling with her charm and laughter through it all. My Mom got her gift and I got a great experience -- this is why supporting (and connecting) with small businesses matters. Thank you, Barbara and team! First rate.

My wife and I stopped into Bellissimo while vacationing with our two young girls, we couldn’t of had a better experience. The owner of the store has a great eye as a buyer and couldn’t of made us feel more welcome. Ketchum (Sun Valley) is lucky to have this caliber of owner representing their downtown.

Must know that anything returned is for store credit only. They should announce or have a sign clearly visible. I was told it's on the receipt but I can't find it.
