Jen is a nightmare . She loves to flirt with all the male delivery drivers instead of doing her job . She loves to tell people she can’t do anything ! We are not getting our mail or pkgs ! By the time we come back to get our pkg she will have some new excuse but be out there flirting with the delivery guys . Someone needs to step I and clean this place up !

The new postmaster and the changes to package delivery is unacceptable. Now we ALL have to stand in line in the hope our package has arrived. Ridiculous, time for a full federal investigation!

I'm eagerly waiting for the package to arrive, and after it arrived, it stayed at the post office for 2 days. The woman working there is very rude. When we ask a question, we can't get a straight answer. She just leaves without answering. It's really a terrible fact.

"If you don't have a PO box, we return all mail to the sender." I've been in much more rural areas that still DELIVER MAIL. If they don't manage mail/package delivery, why keep the post office open?

Never has an issue with late packages here, except around Christmas. Employees are nice. Most people in Sun Valley that I hear complaining about this post office, also tell me that they yelled at the employees to do their jobs better.Maybe if you would treat the employees with a little more respect your package would be available sooner.If someone started cursing at me, I would let your package sit around for a week before putting in your box.

Worst experience of my life and the USPO ruined my family’s Christmas and I paid 48 dollars to ship it and they did not hold the box for even 1 minute before they say they shipped it right back - we sent a person to intercept it and he had the tracking # and post office said it arrived at 9:30 this morning and the package was already gone!!I hate the USPO

Always late on packages. If you pay extra for fast delivery, they don't care. Its still going to take an extra day or two to get to your box. I get delivery confirmations, but they are too lazy to do their job.

I went in on a Tuesday morning. There was no line. Ryan was awesome. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. We got what needed and all of our questions answered.

This continues to be some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have noticed it is not only me, but to the people that have been customers for years. The most recent example, a package that I ordered and paid $16 extra dollars for 2-day shipping (much anticipated item), ended up disappearing once it was SIGNED OFF and DELIVERED to a Sun Valley Post Office Employee. I was told that the only solution was that I, or someone else, must have picked up the package. I am the only person with access to my P.O. Box. I was forced to call Amazon, and then file a claim via UPS. I blame the Sun Valley Post Office 100% for the loss of my package. Unorganized, 0 empathy, and poor customer service.

We really appreciate this US PO location handling packages from all shippers that can't be delivered to the local residences. After you sign up for a mailbox number, they will help receive boxes. This is a lifesaver in a small town! Everyone is also very friendly. There can sometimes be a line but it always moves fast.
