Super unprofessional ,I showed up to get important documents from my storage and there was another lock on it ,I tried to call the numbers given but no one would answer for another 15 calls later then I get a call saying that I hadn’t payed for my storage so that’s why the lock is there then he hung up on me ,I tried sending him proof that the money was takin out of my account for that storage and tried calling him another 15 times then he decides to txt me saying that it was his mistake an that the next day he will unlock it for me ,so they locked my storage unit without making sure if I payed it and I had to wait for the next day to come to grab my paper work an rescheduled my important appointment….
