u would figure someone that has got mostly everything i own from there n they keep playing run around games with me when stuff stop working just like my washer n dryer the dryer had sparks n they told me will if u buy a new set we can give u 200 off lmao funny when i have 4 k washer n dryer that is more the n 1/2 way paid off and now my son gaming pc they have had for all most 2 weeks n i get told ill have it this day n then this day n still dont have it

Bought a couch a while back and am still paying for it. The couch itself is very nice, but somehow we ended up with bed bugs after purchasing it! We contacted Aaron's, and they essentially called me a liar. They refuse to help get my place sprayed or take the couch back. It also took them a very long time to even get back to me. They practically avoided me and the situation. I definitely won't go back... but I will say the furniture is nice! And the location itself is bed bug-free... I believe I was just part of the very few that got unlucky. I just believe they could have handled it better.

Bought a washer and dryer from them they won't let you do any type of payment plan in hard times I wanted to change my due date but they wont let me to make it easier on my pay schedule super disappointing in this company awful managers that have no care in the world. I won't not recommend this company ever!

This place is a scam. They have no real technicians on hand for any repairs, they over charge you on purpose, tricking you into thinking you're getting a deal, but they underhand you in the fine print. I used to work for this company, they are ruthless.

Just want to say that working with Rudy and staff at Aaron's in Twinfalls has been a true pleasure!!! I strongly recommend going with them versus the local competition because no matter how much the difference they will match or beat the price!!! Thank you, Aaron's, we will be back for more!!!

We bought a couch here back before Thanksgiving (in full and paid extra to have it delivered) and before the sale things were great. We were told it comes with the matching ottoman it was just on order. We told her the ottoman was important to the purchase and what we were wanting. It’s been 3 months and no ottoman. I’ve called 4x and they couldn’t even locate that we bought the couch. I’ve been promised a call back each time and have heard nothing. We went in today and still no one knew what we were talking about or had information that we bought the couch. We were just told the employee has been out for 3 weeks and the manager would check with her. This was coming from a manager & he couldn’t figure it out enough to help us order one or something close. Extremely disappointed & displeased with the service and sale. We were obviously lied to and she just wanted a sale instead of actually helping us. Avoid this place at all cost, spend a little more elsewhere to avoid this hassle.
