Albertsons had always been the go-to grocery store for me before moving to Twin 5 yrs ago. This store has to be the smallest store in the chain by far. The produce department is one of the most pathetic in terms of variety I have ever seen. Same with the bakery / deli sections. No made to order fresh sandwiches during the day, and the lack luster variety of fresh baked goods. The shining star in the deli is the fried chicken that you can order in advance and pick it up fresh from the fryer is awesome! The other reason I go there are quite a few Lucerne products that we really like. The closest Albertsons that I'm accustomed to is in Hailey Idaho. Way too far away , but hey, it services the Sun Valley community. Twin Falls deserves the same caliber of Albertsons that Hailey has.

Most staff is great. Curtesy clerks are great. Jarred, the branch manager is a joke. as a veteran myself, this guy has no idea about how to lead. Brags about his service to employees yet treats them as servants and not equals. I actually heard him telling an employee that if he wasn't able to work his shift he would be terminated even as this kid explained it was an emergency matter. The young man has always been very kind and professional and has helped us on many occasions with a smile on his face and to see this young man treated this way makes me sick. This is absolutely not how you lead, and for a company to brag about the atmosphere...this is nothing to brag about. I spend aprox 1000$ weekly in this store and will no longer as long as the manager, and dept leaders are the same toxic people currently in management.

Loved the price and taste of the fried chicken and accompanying sides from the deli. Going back again this week. Yum.

It’s only a matter of time before this store closes down. They rarely staff the checkout lanes and the staff tells me that the plan is to not have any cashiers anymore. The prices aren’t even good either to justify it. I used to enjoy shopping here but after Kroger purchased them it has just gone downhill.

Albertsons deli “Twin falls” has been closing early? Shutting down right before dinner rush. 6pm ish?
Cleaning for the night…
When they arn’t closing early… they never have their white meat for their fried chicken. Often times replacing a breast with a wing or a thigh… not knowing until you make it home ?
It’s become the new norm to not have enough chicken, coleslaw, or normal sides offered with their meal deal forcing you to replace with something else..
