“I ordered parts for my car. The Guy answering the phone was very knowledgeable & helpful. I had to wait a few days for parts. I had checked prices at other Auto parts stores. They had the best prices. Plus I got a big discount, too. I saved $50...?However, when I picked up the parts, I also needed to buy spark plugs. I was asked what type of motor?!?! It's a 4 cyl. I now know there are two kinds of engines for this vehicle ??...Well, since I didn't have my car with me, I didn't know. So I didn't buy the Spark plugs.FYI... if I was asked at the time of ordering other parts, I could of checked the car...Then I would have bought all parts at the same time....Always learning☺️?...”

“Was interested in getting a 2025 Santa Cruz Limited and after visiting their website saw that they had one in sage gray. I talked to Bandana and she said it was still available. I went down and met Bandana and JD who was training her in sales. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were not high pressure and after taking it for a test drive, I was sold.....to be honest, I was sold the minute I laid eyes on it......lol. They both explained things very well and were very thorough in explaining all the high tech features of the vehicle. Have only had it for a few days but I am totally over the moon. I handles well....a smooth and comfortable ride. Looking forward to my trip to the Oregon Coast this summer with my mom in my new Santa Cruz!!”
“I would like to comment on a couple workers, Riley and Andrew, they have been the biggest help when I come into the store on kimberly rd this wasn't just for the last few dayz but this has been on going for awhile and i like to give some good feed back to them because they deserve it. They go out of there way and beyond to help me on my parts that I'm looking for and sometimes the parts i need can be very difficult and stressful but both of them definitely have positive attitude and very professional through the most difficult situations when certain parts are very difficult to find. They give great advice and great feed back as well are very fast at greeting to me when I walk in to the store they also treet other customers very professional and nice.
