“No dock. Busy street to back up to overhead door in front. Staff was nice, though. Fast load. Real heavy in the nose, with tandems all the way forward. (33,800 w half tank full and 30,000 on rear) I would ask them to load four singles in nose instead of 3, but that is just my opinion, when loading battery cores.”

“Samuel and Malachi went above and beyond for me today! My Nissan truck battery went out at the light on Filer and Blue Lakes Blvd, stuck in the left turn lane to go northbound and would not start back up. I was so grateful to breakdown near O’Reily Auto Parts because both employees Samuel and Malachi rushed to help. They tried jumping and moving my car out of the roadway but my truck wouldn’t cooperate. They gave me a good price battery and did not take advantage of my desperation to get the truck out of the road. They rushed to replace the battery and diagnose any other issues the truck may of had. I left with no problems and working truck! Extremely grateful for both Samuel and Malachi. They both deserve a pay raise/promotions for going above and beyond for their customers.
