Best Buy is so convenient. I walked in knowing what I wanted (found on website). I was immediately greeted and offered help. The gentleman knew exactly the laptop I was looking for and where it was located. Asked if there were any peripherals that I would need, I had forgotten that I did, thanks to him it was a one stop and done. He offered me further savings (by joining the loyalty program, and I did so). He wasn't pushy about it, didn't over sell it. Very pleased.

It is a great place to shop for all kinds of household goodies, and the employees were very helpful. They showed me the latest phones that are available right now, the things they can do are amazing!

I love electronics and Best buy is usually my go to when I decide to go big their little coverage options are awesome because growing up you kinda come to realize, things fall apart lol

I made an exchange for a gift I bought for my son 2 weeks before Christmas. The item didn't work properly, and my son still wanted one. My other son had no problems with his same item. There was no one in line at the counter. The cashier saw me waiting (made eye contact) and allowed me to wait several minutes while she had what appeared to be a casual conversation with her coworker (giggles and animated hand gestures). When she did help me, I was instructed to get another one from the display that was halfway across the store. I brought back what I thought was the same item. The cashier showed signs of being annoyed with me (sighs, impatience) that I retrieved the wrong item. She left to get the right one. She returned and stated they were out of them. I ordered one to be delivered to my home. She explained then that if the delivered item didn't work properly, I would not be able to return it without buying the product protection plan. She explained that the only reason I was allowed to exchange it then was because they extended the return time from two weeks to a month for the holiday season. I expressed my frustration with this policy. Why should I pay to be sure the product works properly out of the package? Why are their customers only given 2 weeks for exchange or return when the standard is at least 30 days? And why, if the product is defective a second time, should I be penalized monetarily for that? I left feeling that the store employee and the policy show that Best Buy does not value their customers and does not care about giving quality customer service.

I when in looking to buy a labtop but was not sure what to get, I went in and asked one of the employees for help he was great at giving me information and he was great at making reccomendations that ended up saving money, I did not get his name but the guy who help me checked out said he was the store general manager.

Make an appointment just to buy a new phone I think not 30 minutes to an hour wait to be next person helped not happy may have to find a new way to get any and all my electronics services done
