Literally never answer the phone or emails. You have to go into a location and even then the wait is substantial even if its not busy. Theyve randomly canceled automatic payments on 2 of our accounts with no explanation and then we get late fees. So ridiculous. Can't wait until our loans are up.

I have a car loan through them and it is a nightmare. I just received a notice that I am dilequint on payment ls and going to repo car. I have tried for 3 days via phone to get ahold of someone to pay this and no answer. Have spent hours going through phone loops trying to get this resolved. I also did not get any phone calls, emails, or mail that I was behind. Just mail and certified letter 4 days prior.

I personally find it disturbing that the two top causes they choose to get involved with are related to children and LGBTQ. Pick one or the other. The combination is just creepy.

Worst phone service i have ever seen , 2 hours and not a soul answered . I drive to the bank im calling and there are no customers in there and i walk in to the bank and am greeted , as i said well im trying to call they all looked at me like i was the d*** one . Then one that was looking at me answered , and laughed . The customer service is the worst. Point blank THE WORST......

Terrible app. I just want to set up auto pay and it won't let me, so I call and have to wait 30 min. To finally get a call back to tell me to just pay through the app. Ugh....

This place is full of rude people and discriminates. I literally watched someone be turned down for a loan after being pre-approved! Literally only because they are not a US Citizen, but does have a Work Visa, been here 90% of their life, and has great credit. They pre-approved the loan, asked for documentation, then all of a sudden started asking for additional paperwork. When we attempted to contact them to find out what was going on, they flat out refused to answer any questions and told us it was the dealership, when in fact it was them. If you want to discriminate against someone, at least be honest to their face, and not lie about it.

They will take two payments for one month out of your account when you never even scheduled the second payment and when you try to get your money back they will hold it from you.

Even though I have no previous customer service with them, I could say that my experience through my refinance process was good. I was able to get a good interest rate. Definitely I would recommend them

takes over an hour+ every. single. time. trying to talk to a live person. huuuuuuuuge waste of time. your extensions just go to voicemail.. ya even your 6053 that is left on other reviews by owner.

I've worked in financial services going on 6 years and Ive never seen a company screw up in the way they have. I did a refinance with another institution and caped called the new creditor saying the payoff was short even though it was higher than the letter they provided and was before the date. How do you mess up a payoff if the system automatically populated it?They then proceeded to pull money out of my savings account with them to cover the remainder of the loan. In my experience, if you screw up a payoff? The one at fault eats it. The fact that CapEd withdrew funds from my account without authorization to fix their mistake is pretty concerning. I'm currently a senior banker at another credit union. If I did that I'd be done for.

Probably going to go somewhere else, this company likes to screw you on when to take money out. They tell you, "you" I use that vaguely, the date for payment was caused by you. Which in fact it wasn't. They want to blame the on you but not themselves. Plus when you don't have the money they take forever to give you the Money back.
