Jacob C, Tedy, Eric, and Adolfo were all great help with our car purchase. All very fun to hang out with while we wait for paperwork. Jacob C was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He showed us perfect cars that were all great and helped us find what would be great for us. All very friendly and welcoming. Always asking if we needed anything. I loved my time there.

The service department is awful. I had a wire hanging from the vehicle and they said it eas broke and wanted to replace it for 600. I checked it and found that it had come unplugged from a sensor. I plugged it back in and it worked fine. I also paid for a protective coat and it is clearly chipping in the front. They looked at it and found a hair line crack in the grill and wanted to replace the while grill for 2000. I looked at and it had nothing to do with all the chips that are all over the front. I would not recommend the service department for anything

I went looking for a car mine broke down. Brian Castleberry helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs. He helped me jump through all the hurdles in buying a car I highly recommend going to Brian.

Their service department is a joke I’ve had car getting worked on for a month with no contact from the dealer and when I call they never call back. Don’t use these guys for repairs.

This place had my car for two months, during which they replaced the motor. Only draw backs are they did not notify me of needing tires as well. On way home I had a blow out. (Sad face). They also replaced windshield wipers (I did not request this) and now the water pump is not working or is not connected to the water spray nozzles at front nor rear windows. When they replaced the engine, they did not bother to put a thermostat in it. Why? They did not inform me of this either. I drove from Idaho to New Mexico in this state and only noticed after check engine light came back on. Not happy at all with the service provided for all the above reasons.

My husband was on his way to Utah from Washington. Around 3:30 in the morning, Friday morning, our 2018 impala broke down in the middle of nowhere in the dark, completely dead. Keep in mind the temperature is low outside, and he can't start the vehicle. It took a tow truck to get him about 4 hours later, finally. We have coverage through Chevy for issues that arise, which we pay extra. After driving all night and being awake since 5 p.m. Thursday, my husband finally gets to the closest Chevy dealership at about 8 a.m. So, my husband is now stuck in a town where he knows nobody, with nowhere to go. He told the service advising team that he believes it is the alternator. Now keep in mind that this was not our choice; we were limited to where to take our car during an emergency breakdown. The service advising team told him, "We will get to your car when we can. We have appointments before you." So he waited, finally after 4 hours of watching everyone sit around, and little to no traffic. I called them because he was exhausted and needed some sleep. It was impossible to get comfortable in the waiting room because it was small and old. Anyhow, I called the service advisor and asked to speak with a supervisor/manager. I was put on hold for a while. She picks up and says the manager is not in at the moment or something along those lines. I then told her, "can someone please communicate with my husband as to what is going on? He is 9 hours away from home, exhausted, and has been completely forgotten." Her response was, "well, ma'am, there were people before him with appointments." I get it you had appointments. I know this. Trust me, even with an appointment, and you still wait a few hours for an oil change. I was so livid at her response. I raised my voice with frustration; I did NOT curse her out. She hung up on me. So I called my husband in the waiting room and asked, " did anyone get up from the service desk to look for a manager?" No one ever looked, and he saw it for himself. As I was on the phone, a heavy-set man came over to my husband and scolded him that they would get to the car when they could, they were busy, and he will have to wait. They were not active at all. These places usually aren't. My husband said he saw more people sitting around, and barely anyone came in. He sat there for 9 hours with not even as so much of a hello, would you like some coffee or water while you wait? Nothing! I don't know if this is a locals-only establishment or if being Hispanic was looked down upon. I don't want to believe that, but actions speak volumes. My husband did not choose to break down. It just happened. This dealership was the choice we were dealt with due to the situation. My husband got to this Twin Falls Chevrolet dealership at approximately 7:30 a.m. on 9/11/2022. He sat there until 4:30 p.m. with very little communication, empathy, common courtesy, human relations, or concern about his well-being. I have had one bad experience after another with Chevrolet dealerships service departments. We planned to purchase a GMC Yukon Denali or Chevrolet Tahoe premier in the next few months. After this fiasco, I will not buy another Chevy or GM car. I had an Infiniti SUV, it ran great, and their service department is excellent. I will take my business elsewhere. I 100% will be returning to Infiniti. Every service place should expect the unexpected and be equipt with dealing with it. The Twin Falls Chevy dealership punished my husband for breaking down and having the gull bring his vehicle there.

They wreck my husband's truck for a standard oil change, then offer him a ride home? Really?

Guess who ended up on the side of the freeway for over an hour between snowville and sublett. Yet again fixing stuff that was previously worked on at lithia chevrolet. I don't know what is so hard about properly connecting a pcm and reconnecting the power wire for a lift pump that you disconnected
