“The sales associates refused to give me change, as I didn't have the exact amount of money for the cost of my merchandise.. I had to call customer service 3 times to get the money back that they overcharged me (hopefully they will refund me).Ok, I am updating this review.. The manager at Carter's apologized for the confusion and my money was refunded.. The selection of clothing can be a little limited sometimes but it's worth it for me to come back. I love their PJ'S, and they are one of the few stores that sell modest clothes still..”

“Big rave to the JCPenny Salon team. My mom went there to get her hair done, and she's sometimes a bit particular so when she explained she wasn't happy with her hair the first go around, the ladies there took it in stride and did right by my mom. Two ladies that helped her, I believe were Fran and Emmie (please pardon the mispelling, if that's the case). This is now the third time my mom goes there and the first where she asked for corrections. It's safe to say she'll go back again.”
