Last Summer 2023: I was on a trip through Idaho and during the night stay at Twin Falls, my CPaP hose leaked making it inoperable. Not having my insurance card on my trip, your staff was still extraordinarily kind to wave even the cost of the item and allowed me to have a replacement for free. I cannot thank you enough.. you made my trip to Yellowstone so much more bearable. Thank You Guys, may the Lord Bless your kindness for that gracious deed..

Started at $13.99 then was raised to $18.00 then to $56.99 all with in 4 months. Gave me supply I didn't want or need then charged for them. Billing is crazy!!!

I have been dealing with Cpap now for over 5 years. Always great customer service. Chris has gone above and beyond not once but twice making sure I stay healthy and my wife doesn’t kick me out to the couch lol. A big thanks to the team at the Twin Falls Location.

I have only great things to say about CPAP Now and their service! I was visiting Family and forgot a part for my machine. If not for the amazing staff, I would have literally had to cut my stay short and leave. Thank you so much for helping me, you have no idea how much your kindness and support means!

Please be careful when taking payments and don’t lose track of them. I just found out that the payment that I made on May 2nd was not taken into account and I was billed for it again. After calling they asked me to bring my statement as proof. How does this even happen? Right now I’m disputing it with my bank to get a refund so I can pay it again. I was starting to like this place but please don’t do this again with billing. And fix the website because it never loads so I don’t have to call to make payments and have this happen again.

Rhonda was Great. Told me all I needed to know and helped get my equipment fitted properly. Even made follow calls to let me know how I was doing. Give her a raise for sure. :)

I visited Twin Falls in July and forgot the cord to my cpap at home. I went to the Cpap Now store and the staff graciously gave me a much needed cord at no charge. I was very grateful! Thank you so much for helping me out!

I have had the best experience at CPAP now in Twin Falls! They have gone above and beyond for me to get me into the right machine and were way more than fair with cost. I can’t thank Chris and Carla enough. True customer service experts in their field. Super happy!!

HATE THIS PLACE!! I didn't realize I had a bill due until I called to get supplies. I was told it had gone to collections and I could no longer get my bipap supplies even after I paid the bill in collections. Carla was extremely rude not only to me but also my husband. They used to do sleep study that's how we found them. She told my husband everything was covered for his machine and supplies. Come to find out nothing was covered.we ended up paying 1500. Don't waste your time going here and if you do ask for someone else besides carla. She is rude and doesn't know what she is doing. Shad is way better.

I absolutely love CPAP now if there was a way for you guys to do all oxygen supplies not just sleep supplies I would literally drop my oxygen carrier and go full time with you guys I love you guys as a company you don't treat your clientele as a client you treat us as we are part of your family thank you

Didn't call me to let me know that we were behind and just sent to collections. We were using our wife's insurance and didn't realize we still owed. We called and the extreme rude woman(That's putting it extremely nicely) at finance department wouldn't even tell us why. We had to figure it out on our own. Owners of this place, I highly suggest firing this person. We have never paid late once and then this happened. Oh but if you need parts, they will call you weekly!!! If I could put a 0 star I would. Also I suggest looking at the other reviews. Some are saying the same thing about their business practices. Because of them I now have a negative mark on my credit for being in collections. Avoid this shady place!

Be careful with their "No Return Policy". I was given the wrong cord/adapter and was not allowed to return it; even though I was given the wrong item. The item was $90.00. After looking online, I found the same cord for $25.00. Very wasteful considering I now have a cord that I have no use for. Very disappointed and definitely will be taking my services elsewhere...
