Just an absolute joke. Never open and always have system issues when they pretend to be. Why does every insurance company have to go with CVS. They need sued for not doing their job. Keeping ppl from their meds. So frustrating.

I wish I could give zero stars I would. It took 8 days to fill a prescription, causing me to go right up to the day I’m out. I finally get the notification it’s ready so I rush in to pick up my meds, to get told sorry our system is down. There is nothing they can do. I can see my bag for pities sake but you can’t ring me out? How did you operate before computers. I had to go without needed medicine. It’s still down. You can’t call to get an update, or even leave a message. All I get is a shrug and a muttered sorry. So sick of the bad business, especially in the last 3 years, I’m going someplace else. I’ve been with this pharmacy for over 10 years and I can’t believe how terrible it’s gotten. Trust me, do not get your prescription filled here. It’s a waste of time.

If I could give 0 stars..I would! I recently switched to CVS due to my insurance. I have had nothing but problems with CVS! I called my meds in last week to make sure I would have them on time, and the automated system told me they would be ready that same day. I had a feeling I better call this morning just to be safe, and sure enough, the system told me all of my meds were still in process after a week of waiting. No one answers the damn phone I tried calling all day! So I have been stressing and had to call my doctor and have my meds sent back to my old pharmacy! I can't run out of my meds!!! This is messing with peoples health! F-U CVS!

If this could be zero, it would be.So sick of their random hours of closing, days closed, and now they are closed the entire week after Christmas?! I have two scrips that have been filled, and I can't even get them picked-up or transferred to another pharmacy. I have tried four different times in a week. What a waste of time. What a headache. What a joke! I cannot wait to transfer these to another pharmacy.

I don't appreciate making an appointment online to get vaccinated to then wait in line for 20 minutes to be told they can't do it. Waste of time!

It’s annoying that their business hours are only 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday which is when most people including myself are working. They should be open until 7pm or at least Saturday mornings. Do better CVS.

DO NOT USEabsolute mystery if This place is open despite the hours being listed…call ahead because God knows if it’ll ever be open. This is the third time I’ve been up here in the last four months and the damn place is closed. Don’t use it.

Made an appointment online for vaccination. Received a text in the morning to check in when getting to the store and walk up to the counter. When I went to the counter, shelving was empty which usually is filled with bags for customers to pick up their meds. One girl was there and by accident I saw a handwritten piece of paper stucked to the counter "No Vaccination at this time" when I ask the girl she could not give me a answer and kind of ignored and went to the next customer.Would have been nice to get a text canceling the appointment by text, but the question I got "what is going on? " Do we need to find a new pharmacy? Is this CVS closing?Been with CVS for many years never had a bad experience until now. Customer service has been declining over the years. Well we will find out sooner then later.

I would give zero stars if I could. in 2020 this place was very good but in the last year it went down hill very fast. They never pick up the phone and you have to drive there to ask a simple question. I am looking to take my meds to another pharmacy. I want to be able to call if I have questions.

My husband went there on Wednesday at 3 p.m to pick up his medicine and they were closed. He has Parkinson's and needs his medicine every day. This is unacceptable. Definitely switching pharmacies..

The prescription for my nausea medicine was requested on a Tuesday. I’ve been calling all week as the CVS app says my prescription is on hold and I need to contact the pharmacy about it. I’ve called over and over throughout the week with nobody answering the phone. I decided to wait on the phone today and waited OVER AN HOUR to them STILL not answering the phone. I called target to see if they can tell them to answer the phone and said they can’t. I wanted to verify CVS’s hours before I go out there to find out their hours changed to closing during the week at 5 and no longer being open on the weekends, which they have NOT updated the hours online. I’m lucky I called Target before driving out there as I live almost an hour away and would have just waisted gas and my time. Even the target employee recommended me to change where I send my prescriptions. I suggest you do the same as they have no costumer service qualities whatsoever. If I could rate them a zero, I would.

Unquestionably one of the worst of the worst businesses operating in Twin Falls; my prescriptions have repeatedly either been filled wrong, or sat for days unfilled, resulting in my having to go in repeatedly. In addition, on more than one occasion a health care provider has given me a hand written prescription that I have personally dropped off, only to go in two or three days later and have the pharmacy tech lie and tell me "that was just called in, it isn't filled, and you'll have to come back". Horrible, horrible pharmacy from both a customer service and professional viewpoint... go any where else if you can!

I have a specialty medication that has to be refrigerated and can only be picked up at CVS. They can only deliver Thursday -Saturday to the store however the hours at the pharmacy are m-w 9-130 and 2-5. Why are you allowing meds to be shipped during days you’re closed?or better yet tell your customers that your hours changed or have them posted ! And don’t call people to tell them their medication is there and it isn’t
