I recently visited Dicks pharmacy and had a pretty unsettling experience that I feel needs to be addressed. When I went in to pick up a prescription, I was really taken aback by the lack of privacy during the entire process. They openly discussed my medication details in front of other customers. There were no efforts made to protect my privacy or keep my information confidential.
I completely understand that the staff may be busy, but it was uncomfortable to hear personal details about my prescription being spoken about so publicly. It made me feel really exposed, especially since these conversations are typically between a patient and their healthcare provider in a more private setting. Privacy and confidentiality are essential when it comes to healthcare, and it’s concerning to think that other customers could overhear such sensitive information.
Due to this incident I will likely not use them again.

Used to love them, was my #1 recommended pharmacy to send people to until last week when technician Ashley called pissed off taking her crap out on me because one of her coworkers didn’t do their job correctly and she wanted to be ignorant with me over something that wasn’t my fault, after just finding out my daughter was going to be having 2 unexpected surgery’s we weren’t prepared for. I have voice recordings to prove it. Since then I will find a new pharmacy for my family and other friends looking for one.

Ashley went above and beyond to get me taken care of. My doctor sent the wrong prescription in twice (accidentally) and the pharmacy (Ashley) helped me get it all straighten out. Great service.

I love this pharmacy. The staff is always so friendly and super willing to help. Any time I call in a prescription. They have it ready quick within the hour. Love this place in highly recommend!

Great hours and no closing for lunch. Even with long line, the pharmacist and techs are always keeping the line moving with many techs really doing their job!
