This is what's wrong with this dollar tree they allow one customer to load their carts full of boxes of items that have never come to the floor. I really hope this new manager doesn't nit allow this because it's ignorant and VERY poor customer service!! And yes it is the ladies cart because she was pushing it around telling everyone that stared at her cart that they know I do this i do it all the time. They had so much stuff they had to get a second cart which is the reason we never see anything good at this store... it's gone before it even gets put out!!

Be careful and pay attention when buying viral items like spray hand sanitizers i got home today and wasn't paying attention when checking out and was missing a bag with majority of my sprays and cases in it and when I went back they lied and said they didn't have them! Hopefully the new manager doesn't allow the staff to take all of the good items like the current manager and new assistant manager

You want to know what it absolutely ridiculous this is the second time I have been in and asked employees if they have the hand sanitizer spray and they have told me they do however the manager has purchased them all so they don't hit the floor. The other employee told me yes they have them however they were being held for a customer... mind you 2 cases for one customer and they said this happens frequently. Do a better job dollar tree corporate!!!! Stop allowing your shitty ass employees to take everything good for themselves and in bulk or save every single case for one customer!! This is extremely poor customer service and very disappointing! One person does not need 2 cases when majority of people are lucky to find one or two!! This isn't the only items they do this with, apparently they do this with quite a few items! No wonder you have such poor ratings because this location is an absolute joke and the most filthy location i have ever seen!

I've seen truck stop bathrooms cleaner and better stocked. November 30th 2024 in the shampoo Ile there's a Dutch bros coffee mostly empty and a kitty sponge that has what I can only hope was chocolate on it fast forward to December 22nd same coffee still sitting there it's now separated, sponge is moved but still there. January 7th coffee was finally gone but the sponge is still there. Nothing is ever stocked except for the and up section. Huge empty spaces through the rest of the store. Garbage everywhere. Corporate and the health department would be ashamed of this dollar store. It's better to drive the extra time to Jerome at least they maintain their store.

I have to drive to Jerome to find anything because the twin falls location is always trashed. Shelves are empty, scattered, and disorganized. I've been to dollar tree in many different states and even L.A. has better organized Dollar Trees than Twin Falls. Need to up your pride and your game.

Welll we’re do I start I call and ask if they have an item in the store and she yes we do and I asked how much did have and they said they would check and what they thought they did was put the phone on hold but I still could hear them. They said this person is wondering if we have an item and they just were talking about a completely different subject and then randomly picked up the phone and said that they did so I really appreciate that. I've shopped a lot of dollar trees, I've never seen a store so messy. Tons of empty shelves and misplaced items everywhere. Everything looks out of stock, but it might just be moved? I asked if it was busy and was told it wasn't at all. It looked like it had been so long since it had been cleaned i disinfected myself when I got home.

Place is a mess, literally. Five employees in sight and yet only one register open with a line of over 10 people. Only giving it two stars because sometimes I come and it’s not quite this bad.
