Dale was incredibly helpful and willing to see me and look at my car, even though it was Sunday. He made sure that all costs and repairs were explained well and upfront, and even showed me the costs of the parts so I could verify. I wish I could give Dale and his business 10 stars. On our way up to Teton Valley, Idaho from the west coast, our car broke down in Jackpot, Nevada (4-5 hours from our destination). We got a tow to Doneright Auto Services around 7pm on a Saturday, and Dale helped diagnose not one but TWO defective tires on my car. His price was reasonable, and his demeanor was professional, genuine, and passionate. Not only did he help fix what he could, he also recommended one of the only places to get a flat fixed on a Sunday. We had to spend the night in Twin Falls, but had it not been for Dale, we would have spent at least 1-2 more nights in Twin Falls and delayed our road trip.If there could be more Dales in the world, the world would be a undoubtedly become a better place.

Only place in town that fixes prius’ at a reasonably price. Very quick to get Judas fixed. Appreciate the fast and thorough job. Would recommend this shop for any Prius.

So at first we were hesitant because of the lack of reviews, however I'd have to say the lack of reviews HAS to be because people are too satisfied to leave one!!! From availability to quality of service, Dale is truly a cut above the rest! He helped repair our car on a Sunday in the midst of our move to another state, it was a quick and easy repair and he charged us as such! Overall extremely impressed, if I lived in the area I would only take my car to Dale!!!

Dale totally saved us from driving with an open car door in the freezing wind! Our van door wouldn't close, it was 6:20pm so all the mechanics were closed and we were driving back to Pocatello. We couldn't find anyone who could help us and then we found Dale on Google maps and he helped us get our door closed; not a permanent solution but at least we could take a deep breath and make it back home!

Dale saved our camping trip!!!! Dale just came out and took care of our break lights not working! He quickly diagnosed the issue did a bit of research, and fixed the problem in no time flat. His price was great, very personable! Thank you so much for saving the day!
