Waited for over an hour at 11:30 at night to pick up a vehicle reserved 2 weeks ago. Reservation was confirmed by Enterprise. No one showed up to work!! Myself and another customer waited at the counter until 12:30 am and no one showed up. Unbelievable! Called and texted manager's cell. No answer or response. Reservation made through my company and I will be recommending they cancel their contract with Enterprise. What a joke!

Very inconvenient when your flight arrives at 10:30am and the airport Enterprise location is closed! Doesn't open until noon. Called the Twin Falls location for a pick-up as promised, to be told they DON'T pick up at the airport!! Very frustrating

The guys at the Twin Falls Idaho location are fantastic. I wasn't able to get vehicle I wanted but they immediately remedied the problem and I was on my way. I have never had a negative encounter with this location. Always ready to make my trips easy and enjoyable. Thanks guys for being fantastic especially in these times of uncertainty.Terri Davis

I rent at this location regularly for longer trips, consistently good service and I have always been given an option of vehicles. I always reserve in advance.

I left some belongings in the car. I called explained to them that I would go pick my belongings the next day. Long story short they rented the car out without taking the stuff out. I'm probably never going to see my stuff again. Disappointed with the lack of effort and professionalism by staff . :(

Enterprise does not accept debit cards at airport, yet they do in town location. We don't use credit cards. Thank goodness Hertz accepted our debit card and we are on our way! They just simply took an extra deposit! We thought our weekend away was ruined!

The branch has cars ready to go for customers, and has stricter underwriting policies than the branch in town because they are at an airport location. If you want to rent a car at the airport grow up and get a credit card like an adult. It is so annoying seeing complaints on here from people who DIDN'T EVEN QUALIFY TO RENT. If you used a service then your review is valid, but if you didn't even rent a car then your review should be taken down by Google.

They passed the buck. After wasting my money on a car ride to the airport because they said they 'did not provide rides' despite their advertisement through their own company, they then told me I could not pay with a debit card, even though there were funds in the account to pay everything up front. Luckily, Thrifty next door overheard the conversation and went above and beyond to provide service that was certainly lacking with enterprise. Thank you Thrifty, and boo to you enterprise!

Twice I have been through this airport and have had to wait over an hour due to car shortages. They do not analyze their customer flow and fail to request extra cars from the Enterprise 7 miles away in downtown Twin Falls. I will likely fly to Boise from now on so I can avoid service here even though it's a 2 hour drive away.

If your looking for a company that will take care of you, you found it!! I rented a vehicle through Expedia and flew in on Delta. It was a flight I hope to not remember due to 3 delays and at the end of it Delta didn't deliver our bags that were checked in as we boarded our first flight.
