If I could give negative stars I would. Estes was hired through HomeDepot.com to deliver product we ordered. We ordered this product over a month ago and between Estes and Home depot, we still have not received the product, nor do we have a delivery date of when we will receive it. I have been volleyed between the two places for over a month and they both keep saying they haven't heard back from each other on how they will get this delivered.Plus I was asked by someone if there was any place that we could get our product delivered to that could unload it for them and we could pick it up from that place. I paid extra per pallet to have the product delivered straight to my house. They have hung up on me on the phone and I have been on hold more time than I actually talked with a person. Because of this experience, I will never order from Home Depot again and hopefully Home Depot will look into a freight company that can get customers their product in a more timely matter.
